Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of materials handling equipment. A part of a highly successful group, and having undergone rapid growth, they are looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to cover the south of England.
Responsible for the commercial and operational oversight of the business southern England depots. Our client is looking for an individual with considerable experience gained in the MHE sector or from a similar sector such as plant hire, equipment rental etc.
What's Required:
- Extensive experience gained in senior operations management roles, with multi depot responsibility.
- Experience gained in the MHE or similar (plant hire, industrial/construction equipment hire/rental etc.)
- Highly developed commercial acumen.
- An inclusive yet strong leader with the EQ/emotional intelligence required to operate in a market leading business.
- The drive, dynamism and resilience required to be effective in a highly competitive sector.
