Job Title: People & Culture Advisor 
Salary: £35,000 per annum 
Location: South England with travel across sites. 
  
JGA are partnered with a leading business seeking a Regional People & Culture Advisor on a permanent basis.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and conducting 'Culture catch ups'
  • Scheduling welcome days 
  • Analysis of employee surveys and welcome days 
  • Designing people reports 
  • Supporting People related projects 
  • Supporting People & Culture Manager 
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders.  
  
Skills required:
  • Any Employee Relations exposure. 
  • Ideally held a Regional HR role before. 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Analytical and presentation skills
