Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fire and security industry, strong sales experience, and a proven track record of selling to electrical wholesalers and installers. This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional account management skills, and the ability to drive new business sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, installers, and trade businesses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales within the fire and security industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire products and related safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to electrical wholesalers, installers, and trade businesses.
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations with potential and existing customers.
  • Travel within the designated region to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
