We are currently working on a hugely exciting role within a distinguished Automotive Manufacturer who are currently in the process of growing their portfolio offering.

To support them in this being successful they are looking to recruit Regional Sales Managers with Automotive OEM experience. This role has an exciting blend of working for a company with over 100 years of experience whilst reaching into a new market place to growing market share.

This role will involve building relationships with dealers within you region & managing the relationship to ensure brand awareness, carrying out regular analyses of the competitive landscape & identifying opportunities & trends & working towards regional sales targets while reporting on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities -

• Develop strong relationships with regional dealerships to support company sales targets
• Offer support & guidance to dealerships to ensure maximum potential of relationship
• Carry out analysis of the competitive industry within your region
• Evaluate data on competitor activities, pricing & promotions to allow for a informed sales approach
• Develop strategies to allow more for greater market share
• Managing sales performance & ensuring targets are met
• Support Sales Director & Head of Regional playing a key part in strategy planning & decision making
• Preparing materials for senior leadership & stakeholders

What you will need -

• Background within the Automotive industry
• A history of building long lasting commercially beneficial relationships
• Experience within Sales at a regional level
