Service Manager - Plant Equipment

Location: North Wales & Surrounding Area

Salary: Up to £45k Basic (DOE), + Bonus (% of Net Profit) + great benefits listed below:

Our Client is a market-leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates who could be from the following industries with solid transferable skills:

• Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Plant, Cranes or Powered Access
• HGV or Municipal Vehicles,
• Forklift Trucks
• Generators

You’ll receive first class training to enable you to do your job well. You will look after 6 Engineers in your region. Things you’ll be doing include:

• Hire, Train and Mentor your team
• Budget control and efficiencies
• Organise Engineer training including Toolbox Talks
• Communicate with Customers
• Handle escalations from Service Control
• Support the Sales team

There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:

• Full UK driving licence
• Perhaps looking for your next move into Management
• Previously a Service Controller, Team Leader/ Leading Hand or Workshop Controller
• Good relationship-building with Engineers.
• A Can-Do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• An excellent Client-focused approach to your work.
