Regional Support Manager - South East Region

40 hours per week

£35,000, £4,500 car allowance + bonus

O&CC are one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers, trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed and Snow + Rock and we are looking for a passionate Regional Support Manager to support the South East Region.

As a Regional Support Manager, you will be supporting the Regional Manager by supporting the development and coaching to store colleagues, lead region specific projects, cover in the absence of the Regional Manager and Store Managers when required and ensuring the region follows operational guidelines with financials, stock, People Policies etc plus more!

We are ideally looking for retail management professionals with cluster/multi-site experience with an outdoor/apparel/footwear retail background already where you've developed experience with KPI's, budgeting & planning and developed a successful team looking for the next step up in their career!

You will be provided with;
