Regional Support Manager - South East Region

  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Salary: £35,000 + £4,500 car allowance + bonus

About Us: Outdoor & Cycle Concepts (O&CC) is one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers, trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow + Rock. We are seeking a passionate Regional Support Manager to support the South East Region.

Role Overview: As a Regional Support Manager, you will:

  • Assist the Regional Manager in developing and coaching store colleagues.
  • Lead region-specific projects.
  • Cover for the Regional Manager and Store Managers as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to operational guidelines, including financials, stock management, and People Policies.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for retail management professionals with:

  • Cluster/multi-site experience in outdoor/apparel/footwear retail.
  • Proficiency in KPI's, budgeting, and planning.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead successful teams.
