Venn Group have been approached by a support organisation and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: Salford
Rate: £50,000 pa plus £2,500 signing bonus & £2,500 successful probation bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week with 1 day WFH
Length: Permanent contract
The role will predominantly involve:
- Working within a children’s home you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets the emotional, social, and educational needs of our children
- Ensuring that all safeguarding procedures are strictly followed, creating a safe and nurturing environment for our children
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve outstanding outcomes while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory obligations
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment
- Ensuring the home meets all Ofsted regulations and standards, actively preparing for and participating in inspections
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing individual care plans, promoting the health, education, and well-being of each child
- The successful candidate must be able to start within short notice and have experience within doing a similar role previously
