Registered Manager / Children`s Residential Services

Daytime Healthcare are working with an organisation who are setting up a new Children's Residential Care Service.

Our client seeks to establish a Children and Young people’s residential care division and is looking for an individual able to play a pivotal role in the successful establishment and day-to-day management of this division by occupying the Registered Manager’s position. The business will work around the experience of the individual to tailor its service offering. The individual will have robust support from the managing director and existing senior management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven manager who is passionate about ensuring children and young people receive person-centred care of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will hold a level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing children’s services.

Salary and bonus/reward structures are negotiable.
