Location: Exeter / South Devon
Salary: £34,615 - £38,000 + mileage allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure CQC compliance
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Lead and develop a dedicated care team
• Build strong partnerships with commissioners and community stakeholders
• Contribute to service growth and innovation

What We’re Looking For

? Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services

? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)

? In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and inspections

? A passion for reablement and community wellbeing

? Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

? Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
