Ofsted Registered Manager - Family assessment centre

Salary up to £53,000 + benefits

NonStop Social Care is looking for an experienced registered manager that has working knowledge with providing high quality support to families and staff in line with OFSTED regulations.

This is for a permanent contract with a Leading Independent Fostering and social care provider that runs also a residential family assessment centre in Blandford forum.

Responsibilities

The registered manager will be responsible to have excellent safeguarding standards and a strong ethos of providing effective support to families to achieve positive outcomes.

The role involves staff management and supervision, which will include overall quality assurance of parenting capacity assessments. You will be leading and have responsibility over progression and quality of all the final parental capacity assessments which are submitted to the local authorities.

Requirements

Please apply if:

- you are a Qualified social worker, minimum 3 years post-qualifying

- you have experience in staff management

- you have established experience of completing parenting capacity and holistic whole family assessments
