Registered Manager - New Services, Wokingham £39,900 - £45,150 DOE

This is an exciting time to join Optalis in this role as we introduce new service locations for adults who vary in age, all of whom have a learning disability or a physical disability. These services provide the highest quality of support to individuals whose needs vary greatly.

To be the CQC Registered Manager ensuring the services and those that receive personal care are compliant with all regulatory requirements and provide levels of care and support to meet and maintain the highest CQC rating.

To provide a responsive, high quality care and support service to all people living in their own homes, maximising, and maintaining their independence.

Facilitating access within the local community maintaining social friendships and relationships.

To meet the care needs and support the aspirations and expectations of all customers, their families, friends and commissioners.
