· Role: Children's residential home - Manager

· Salary: up to £60,000 per annum

· Hours of work: Full time, Rota based

·Candidates MUST hold an NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in Residential Child Care

·Candidates MUST hold an NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management

As a Registered Manager, you'll oversee the comprehensive care and support for individuals aged 10 to 25 in a residential setting. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping an environment that fosters safety, growth, and healing for youth with complex needs.
