Bright Selection is delighted to be working with an established provider of care services for people with learning disabilities and complex needs in the recruitment of a Registered Manager.

The role will be based working across two services within East London providing leadership and strong general management of both sites.

Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

Knowledge and experience of working with relevant legislation and regulations within care

Min of 3 years experience of managing a CQC registered service

Excellent people and leadership skills

IT literate

Understanding and ability to work with management accounts

Proven track record in working with commissioners

Experienced in supporting people with ABI, learning disabilities and autism.

Responsibilities

Registered Manager CQC registration

Leadership of service including care team, financial, maintenance, quality and health and safety

Budget management

Reporting Head of Operations

Working with commissioners, CQC and health and social care professionals

Recruitment, training and supervision

Create, deliver and review person centred care planning

Working with your team to achieve continuous improvement
