Qualities you’ll need:

· Great with clients by ensuring quality led care provision

· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate in a team

· Exceptional knowledge of CQC Guidelines

· Previous experience within a domiciliary care / home care environment

· Quality driven and customer focussed

Required:

· Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award

· Ideally have previous care management experience

· You must have a driving license and your own transport

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however will be between £40,000 - £50,000; there is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
