Salary package:
- £35,000 + performance related bonuses.
- 33 days annual leave.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility of the service, reporting to the Director.
- To maintain and build on the company’s relationship with the Council and CHC.
- To lead on marketing the service.
- To manage the branch’s compliance.
- To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
- To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
- To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager within a Home Care setting/Supported Living/Care Home setting.
- Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Must be a driver.
