Job Type: Full-Time, 37 hours per week
The Client:
Our client is a reputable residential care services provider, offering specialised support for young individuals with complex needs.
The Role:
As a Registered Manager, you'll supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a nurturing and safe environment for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold professional standards with sensitivity and respect.
- Ensure highest standards of care consistently.
- Implement learning and development plans.
- Monitor and review policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular staff reviews and appraisals.
- Chair team meetings and coordinate performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a residential setting.
- NVQ / ILM / QCF Level 4 / 5 in management or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent record and report writing skills.
- Degree in Social Care and Dip SW, or equivalent management qualification (preferred)
- Valid UK driving licence.
