Our client is a 2-bed residential care service in Cheshire, seeking an inspirational and compassionate Residential Registered Manager. This role offers a skilled leader the opportunity to impact the lives of children in Greater Manchester. Your Role:
* Lead and support using a strength-based approach, driving good practice and nurturing a positive residential setting.
* Apply strategic vision and hands-on management to help young people settle, plan, and achieve realistic goals.
* Set a standard of excellence, fostering an environment that nurtures and supports young people to excel.
* Support staff in providing therapeutic caregiving, taking a trauma-informed approach to healing and growth.
* Maintain compliance with regulations, aiming for 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings.
* Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team committed to transforming the lives of young people.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
* Proven passion and drive for achieving good outcomes for children.
* Ability to embed best practices and ensure young people are at the center of all decision-making.
