Registered Nurse / Leading National Care Home Group
We are working with a Leading National Care Home Group to recruit Registered Nurses to work in their care home in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Hours: Permanent full time or part time, Days & Night shifts-8AM-8PM OR 8PM-8AM
Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:
- Observations
- Administering medication
- Reviewing and evaluating individual care plans.
- Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
- Making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
- Responsible for the well-being of residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Who are we looking for?
- Registered Nurse (6 -12 months experience)
- NMC Pin (No restrictions or conditions on practice)
- Effective Communication skills
- Compassionate Nature
