Located in the picturesque and historic area of South Lanarkshire, our luxury 75-bed care home provides residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team, providing expert clinical care while creating a supportive and vibrant community for our residents.

? £19.00 per hour (Full-time & part-time available)
? Shift: 8PM – 8AM  or 8AM-8PM(Full-time & part-time contracts available)

What You’ll Do
? Deliver Exceptional Care – Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents’ health and wellbeing
? Create Personalised Care Plans – Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual needs
? Lead & Motivate Your Team – Organise shift handovers, mentor care staff, and ensure seamless care delivery
? Medication Management – Administer and monitor medications, maintaining accurate records
? Health Monitoring – Carry out routine observations and respond to changing health conditions
? Champion Dignity & Respect – Ensure residents receive person-centred care in a supportive environment
? Emergency Response – Act swiftly in urgent situations, ensuring safety and effective care

What We’re Looking For
? Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
? Passion for Elderly Care – A dedication to enhancing the lives of residents
? Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to mentor and support care teams
? Empathy & Commitment – A patient, understanding approach to care
