Exciting opportunity for a Regulatory and Legal Content Reviewer to join a start up Medical Technology Company. The incoming individual will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of content produced by the company across multiple jurisdictions.

The role:

  • Review and analyze content, including marketing materials, legal documents, regulatory submissions, and other written materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, legal counsel, marketing, and product development, to support regulatory compliance and legal standards.
  • Provide timely and strategic advice on regulatory and legal issues affecting content development and distribution, considering multiple regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the medical and health industry, staying updated on changes and developments.
  • Participate in internal meetings and projects, offering legal and regulatory insights and recommendations.

About you:

  • Experience practicing law, with a focus on regulatory affairs in the medical or health sector, is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to medical and health products.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a startup environment with tight deadlines.
