Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries from external parties regarding market activity and internal controls for trading activities.
  • Identify and escalate compliance issues to senior management, and assist in finding solutions.
  • Approve access to confidential resources like expert networks and virtual data rooms, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate on developing, drafting, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures for information barriers, MNPI, and other relevant topics.


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Market Abuse Regulations
  • Investment Manager background in fixed income, alternatives, derivatives, commodities or equity strategies
  • Available to start within a month
