Our client, a leading provider of Group Insurance, is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate compliance reporting for the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
  • Prepare CCO reports for Executive Committees, Board, and Lifeco
  • Agree on templates and assign responsibilities in advance
  • Set clear expectations for content approach and deadlines
  • Standardise formats and language where possible
  • Ensure reports meet professional look and feel expectations
  • Manage key stakeholders
  • Maintain a reporting calendar to meet deadlines and efficiently reuse materials

Your skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Awareness of regulatory environment and requirements
  • Ability to organise workloads for self and others, meeting demanding and changing priorities
  • Problem-solving skills with pragmatic solutions and improvements
  • Good analytical and report writing skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, presenting information clearly and timely
  • Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive level
  • Capable of effectively challenging once standards and expectations are understood
  • Flexible and willing to travel to other office locations
