Relations and Retention Advisor – Tunbridge Wells - £26,000 + uncapped commission!

Are you a real ‘people person’, seeking to provide the best possible client experience, whilst also enjoying uncapped earning potential?

This is an excellent new role within a leading private insurance brokerage, based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. They work with a wealth of corporate and business clients and have a fantastic, vibrant team culture, along with boundless progression opportunities!
 
You will be providing clear guidance and information about product and terms, working to the best of your ability on your assigned leads, including renewal discounts, cover level changes and cancellation data. You will be monitoring and updating client information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in providing service and support that meets client needs. Also staying on top of knowledge regarding product changes and compliance and regulatory matters, by completing regular company training sessions and annual tests.
 
About you:
They are seeking a confident communicator, who is able to work effectively with clients in retaining and managing existing business. You will be highly collaborative, organised and have good IT skills.
