Job Title: Relationship Director - Property Development Finance

Location: London and surrounding areas

Hybrid working

The Bank:

Established and successful Commercial bank that provides the full suite of business banking products throughout the UK. The bank is on a long-term exciting journey of growth and diversification.

Summary of Role:

To originate and write mid-market property development finance transactions.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Originate a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow an introducer network to support requirements for new business
  • Write and present new business proposals to Credit Committee

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Advanced skills and experience in the structuring of mid-market Property Development Finance transactions
  • Proven track record of business origination in a UK commercial banking (or very similar) environment
  • Bridging Finance experience attractive but not essential
