Relationship Manager
Full time, Monday- Friday
£30,000 per annum
Role Purpose:
Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, who will oversee a portfolio of clients, making key decisions and monitoring their performance while delivering personalised service.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing:
- Running RBS and allocation of collections
- Schedule processing with adequate documents (invoices/timesheets)
- Processing client payments
Account Management:
- Overlooking credit control to ensure the debt is recovered.
- Client service, including client visits.
- Client performance reviews
- Risk analysis
- Ensuring the invoices and supporting documents are legitimate.
- Resolving any disputes
- Decision making
- Funding limits
- Setting up new customer account
Key Skills and Experience Required:
• Credit Control, client management and high level of service.
• Creating and maintaining professional relationships
• Knowledge of factoring would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
• Payroll processing experience
• Time management and organisation
• Risk management
• Maintaining client retention
• Ability to make decisions within policies and procedures.
• Willingness to develop and learn new skills as the work require
