Relationship Manager

An independent professional body dedicated to advancing ways of working and working practices worldwide,are looking to bring on board a Relationship Manager to support the development of client relationships.

This isn't a sales role - the client base is there; this role is purely relationship-focused, owning and developing the relationships between the professional body and their clients (training organisations, end users, consultancies etc.) in a customer success type of role. You will also have involvement in community groups, events, conferences and awards functions within the business agility space.

A pioneer of Agile, promoting a customer focused, iterative and collaborative-approach framework to delivering business value is at this body’s core. So far, they are proud to have supported the development of over 150,000 professionals through their Agile certifications and created a powerful community spanning over 30 countries with over 6,000 members.

Requirements for this Relationship Manager role:

• A career background in client relationships / customer engagement / account management
• Exposure to / and understanding of Agile
• A natural, personable 'people person’
• Energy and enthusiasm centred around communication
• Excellent communication skills, articulate with a strong grasp of the English language for both verbal and written communication

This Relationship Manager position is offering a salary of up to £65,000 for a fully remote position though there will be an expectation for travel to Kent and London for company catch ups quarterly. In addition, a generous package includes 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, annual £1,500 learning and development fund, one off contribution to home office set-up and monthly contributions towards running costs, private healthcare for you and a family member and a gym membership.
