Release Manager - Government - Inside IR35

SR2 is recruiting a Release Manager for a complex transformation programme with a government department.

This role will support several product development teams and manage the release process across technical and business stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who has done release management in a cloud-hosted environment (ideally in a secure client with sensitive data) - to manage the conflict in terms of the path to production when multiple scrum teams work on a code base and need to take the release through

  • Eligibility for SC clearance
  • Dev
  • Integration
  • OAT
  • IT Health Check
  • Ready to live
  • Production
  • Experience coordinating releases across multiple development teams (up to 10 at one time)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

This is a long-term role that offers an outside IR35 contract.
