Reliability Maintenance Manager
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a company based in Sheffield to recruit a Reliability Maintenance Manager
Salary up to £55,000
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Reliability Maintenance Manager will work with the departmental managers to develop, champion, implement and refine Professional Maintenance Techniques and Kaizen across the asset base.
Duties of the Reliability Maintenance Manager
- Daily responsibility for the financial performance and reporting of departmental budgetary areas.
- Collate and analyse data, identify trends and failure modes, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Carry out root cause and failure mode analysis
- Carry out incident investigations and provide technical support
- Review and refine maintenance practices and schedules to optimise efficiencies and asset availability
- Develop toolbox talks, one-point lessons, job technical descriptions and procedures to support and embed improvement activity outcomes
- Leadership and development of the departmental team and staff
- Develop CMS system in line with best practice and LRSSB guidance

To be successful in this Reliability Maintenance Manager role, you will need the following skills and experience;
- Degree or equivalent level qualification within an Engineering discipline
- A proven record of successfully delivering improvement programmes & activities
- Outstanding Safety Awareness gained through working in a safety critical operations and maintenance environment
- Strong, visible and positive leadership with a proven ability to build and maintain strong networks of support both internally and externally
