Days Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts

Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 DOE + Company car and excellent benefits package

This is a fantastic opportunity for a srtong leader to join a successful fast moving consumer goods company on a permanent basis as a Reliability Team Lead. This role is 85% hands off, and will be leading a small team of 3 engineers, planning, reporting and attending daily and weekly meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management and leadership of on-site reliability services.
• Continually Improve defined lubrication and condition monitoring routes.
• Manage and drive IOT notifications from Smart Asset Management database.
• Reporting asset defects to the client and entering notifications on the client’s ERP system.
• Demonstrating and promoting Health and Safety in the workplace – felt leadership.
• Continually Improve Safe Systems of Work including – RAMS, COSSH and records [TDS, SDS & allergen certification].
• Attend daily engineering meetings - reporting on ERIKS reliability activities, commenting on applicable downtime occurrences, maintenance notifications and HSEQ observations.
• Attend weekly reliability meeting with the client to review Bad Acting Assets, provide reliability insights and tracking corrective actions.
• Attend client RCA and FMEA meetings, facilitating the companies subject matter experts to help drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Attend regular meetings with Remote Monitoring Centre team to review performance of plant assets and telemetry, implementing actions on Smart Asset Management dashboard.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RELIABILITY TEAM LEAD:

• Must have leadership experience, supervising or leading a team
• Manufacturing background - Fast Moving Consumer Goods
• Multi skilled - Will look at either bias
• Reliability and condition based monitoring experience
• CAT Level 1 or 2
