Job Overview

As a Dedicated Security Relief Officer you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• You must be available to work at reasonable short notice to cover illness and holidays plus ad hoc work.
• Any additional reasonable duties requested by operational management.
• Must be available to work dayshifts, nightshifts, and weekends.
• Performing lock and unlocks of all clients buildings
• Emergency alarm response to premises in the area
• Completion of detailed electronic reports via our own dedicated reporting software on a mobile or tablet device
• Liaising with Mobile Security Supervisor, Senior Management, Building management teams and local Police
• Promote, maintain and comply with Health and Safety legislation and company standards
• Using and viewing the CCTV system in the control room.
• Patrol the site to prevent fire, flood, theft, and damage.
  

About You

• Hold a current valid Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence
• CCTV Licence Desirable
• Hold a Full UK manual driving licence and be able to drive.
• Be flexible in their availability
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Have excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills
• Have experience working within the Security industry or a similar role
• Be able to work alone and effectively manage your own time
• Be competent at using both Computers and Tablet devices, with experience of using Microsoft Office or similar
• Very good standard of English
• Experience of issue and conflict resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
