• Deliver high-quality Religious Studies lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Engage students in a broad-based study of religious and ethical themes.
• Encourage students to reflect on major faith traditions and their own ways of life.
• Participate in curriculum development and contribute to cross-curricular links.
• Engage in continuous professional learning and contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students are given the best opportunities to succeed.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A strong understanding of curriculum design and secondary school teaching experience.
• Clear communication skills and good organisational abilities.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and manage work effectively.
• Commitment to promoting the school’s vision and values and to ongoing personal development.
• Experience with or willingness to engage in extracurricular activities is highly desirable.
