Position: Secondary Religious Studies ECT
Salary Range: £34,514 - £51,179
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to explore religious beliefs, practices, and ethical issues.
* Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Religious Studies curriculum.
* Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to support the development of each student.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A passion for Religious Studies and inspiring students with the curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
