**Location:** Sunderland (Nationwide travel required)
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in water treatment/hygiene/remedials
- Plumbing qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Flexibility to work overtime

**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting closed system analytical testing and remediation
- Ensuring compliance with ACOP L8 guidelines
- Performing tank inspections, water sampling, and temperature monitoring
- Executing disinfection, clean and chlorination of water storage tanks/cooling towers
- Handling minor plumbing installations and remedial tasks
