A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-established legal firm located in the heart of Cheshire has come up due to an organic increase in new work. This multi service national law firm provide first rate conveyancing and remortgaging services to their valued clients. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and fostering a supportive and professional work environment.

The are now seeking multiple experienced Remortgage Case Handlers to join the team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of remortgage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of remortgage files independently.
  • Conduct thorough checks and verification of all legal documentation.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the remortgage process.
  • Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed at all stages of the process.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the remortgage process and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
