Remortgage Case Handler

- £35-45k dependent on experience

Our client is an established, multi-discipline firm with several offices across the UK. They are committed to providing excellent service to their clients. They provide an unmatched level of support for their clients and staff members, and are currently looking for a Remortgage Case Handler to join their team in Northwich.


Duties

  • Managing a caseload of up to 70 remortgage files at any one time
  • Dealing with all aspects of remortgage cases including but not limited to title approvals, search results and mortgage offers)
  • Providing an excellent service to clients throughout the process
  • Building professional and strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Working in a time-effective, efficient manner

You

  • You must have at least 2 years’ experience managing your own remortgage caseload
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability/previous experience handling confidential matters in a sensitive and professional way


On Offer

  • Annual salary £35,000 - £45,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm
  • Company pension scheme
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and time off between Christmas and New Year
