TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity within the remortgage team of an award winning conveyancing firm in Cardiff City Centre. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of remortgage matters, providing exceptional service to a growing clientele. Responsibilities include conducting thorough legal research, preparing and reviewing remortgage documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes.

Skills & Experience:
- A qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in handling remortgage cases is essential.
- Proficiency in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for maintaining client relationships and collaborating with team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with conveyancing software and case management systems will be advantageous.
