Page Group are delighted to be working n partnership with a key client who are looking to appoint a Remortgage Team Manager to their operation in Leeds

Description

• Provide direct people leadership and management of 10-12fte
• Manage and assign workload to ensure customer needs & SLA's are achieved
• Provide team members with regular training, development and 1-2-1's
• Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
• Implement and drive performance around KPI's across the team
• Ensure quality levels are maintained across the team ensuring strong attention to detail is prioritised
• Work with other Team Managers to share best practise
• Take action where required to resolve any under-performance
• Support with training and on-boarding

Profile

• Experience in a Team Manager / Team Leader role
• Financial Services / Remortgage / Legal experience in role
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong communicator
• Excellent attention to detail
