A rare and unique remote working Childcare Solicitor role has arisen. The firm based in Telford is seeking a remote working Childcare Solicitor who has at least 6 years’ experience. The firm will consider part-time 3 or 4 days a week.

The Firm:

This is a small but well-run Law firm, that has a Family Solicitor along with three support staff with at its Telford based office. The Solicitor and Director currently focus on Privately Funded Children and Public Family Law. It is seeking a Childcare Solicitor to compliment their workload!

The Role:

The role itself requires a Childcare Solicitor to work remotely, handling incoming Childcare matters along with supplementing this with your own workload. This will require you to have some of your own network or the ability to generate a proportion of your own work.

The Person:

You must have at least 6 years’ experience as a Childcare Solicitor, ideally with panel membership and the ability to hit the ground running, picking up new instructions within the team along with developing your own work. You will also be required as and when to assist on other matters to include Private Children from time to time.

You must be:

  • Self-sufficient
  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Good networking and BD skills
  • Exceptional IT skills
