Remote Conveyancer - Join Our Established Legal Firm

Salary- up to £50,000

Bonus scheme- Up to £12,000pa

Are you an experienced conveyancer looking for a fully remote opportunity with a reputable and supportive firm? We are seeking a skilled professional to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing exceptional service to our clients.

The Role

As a remote conveyancer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progress.
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and handling exchange and completion processes.
  • Using case management systems to keep files up to date and ensure compliance with regulations.
What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with conveyancing case management software.
  • Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (preferred but not essential).
