Position Overview: As an E-commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our online sales operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce and luxury fashion. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth functioning of our online store and enhance our customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in developing new platforms
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and SEO initiatives.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure product descriptions, images, and other website content are accurate and engaging.
