Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a fully remote IFA administration.

Our client is a remote IFA administration firm, who support Self Employed Financial Advisers across the UK with all administration tasks. As their client base continues to grow, they are looking for a home-based IFA admin to join their team.

You must have strong IFA admin experience, ideally 4+ years, and have a good home office set up as there isn’t an office to go to.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Submitting new business, monitoring and tracking through to completion
  • Organising letters of authority/chasing information
  • Opening, sorting and distributing post
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Producing mailshots and transcribing dictate audio files
  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings, and preparing review packs
  • General administration duties

Benefits:

  • £13.80 per hour, salary roughly £28,000pa
  • Overtime available

Skills and experience required:

  • 4+ years working as an IFA administration
  • Solid home set up
  • Good experience in the above duties
  • Self-motivated and ability to work individually, as well as part of a team
