Remote Residential Conveyancer

My client is national conveyancing team seeking an experienced, fully home working Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/Legal Executive or Fee Earner) to join its growing team.

You will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling a diverse range of transactions including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, unregistered properties and shared ownership cases.

 
In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, this role offers a highly rewarding bonus scheme with the potential to earn up to £15,000 annually, with most Fee Earners averaging around £10,000+.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Familiarity with Visual Files & Practice Manager systems
