A unique opportunity has arisen within our client for a Remote Sales Representative. This position is with a leading provider of innovative medical aesthetics .

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Remote Sales Representative to join their Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective Patients, providing a warm, engaging, and informative service.
This role requires exceptional sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales and Client Engagement Initiate contact with potential patients via phone or email
* Build and maintain strong relationships to promote our services and products.
* Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions from our ranges of services and products.
* Conduct virtual consultations to explain treatment options and benefits.

* Lead Management Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software.
* Follow up on leads promptly to maximise conversion rates as per protocol
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.

* Product Knowledge Stay updated on our range of treatments and products.

* Provide detailed information about services and products.
* Address client queries and concerns with accurate and relevant information.
* Schedule appointments and manage the sales calendar efficiently.
* Handle records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Process payments and manage billing enquiries.
* Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure satisfaction.
* Address client issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
* Provide pre- and post-procedure support and guidance.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
* Utilise CRM software and other tools for client management, scheduling, and payment processing.
* Accurately input, update, and retrieve client data as required.

Key Skills

Essential

* Sales and customer service experience in a remote setting.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
* Respect for confidential information and data protection regulations.

Desirable

* Experience in the medical aesthetics or cosmetic surgery industry.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
* Familiarity with Pabau CRM system.
* Certification in sales or customer service.
* Understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
