£35K TO £50K + BONUS

QED Legal is currently working on finding an experienced Residential Property Solicitors/Conveyancers to join their expanding team. They are in an exciting growth period currently and looking for the right people to help them on this journey! 


My client is a multi-award winning firm with an excellent reputation. Their priority is to make the process of buying or selling property efficient and stress-free. The team specialise and have excellent knowledge in all aspects sale and purchase transactions, and all variants such as Leasehold, Remortgages, New Build and Shared Ownership.

They are looking for someone who is a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 5 years fee earing experience. You need to have run your own caseload previously and have experience complex Leasehold Sales/ Purchases RM TOE -Lease extensions - Auctions - Unregistered – shared ownership – new builds – plot purchases and Islamic finance.
