Remote Serious Injury Solicitor
Sacco Mann are working with a leading North East law firm, who are recruiting for a Remote Serious Injury Solicitor to join their claimant personal injury team. The role would suit a Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE or Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience dealing with claimant brain and spinal injury work.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of claimant serious injury (neurotrauma) cases both litigated and pre-litigated.
- Assessing liability, quantum investigations and reviewing case evidence.
- Liaising with medical experts, clients and third parties.
- Negotiating settlement.
- Preparing cases for trial.
- Drafting legal documentation.
- Attending to clients in person.
- Dealing with court hearings and applications.
Requirements:
- Essential: A serious injury Solicitor with upwards of 2 years' experience handling brain and spinal cord injury cases.
- Essential: Based in Yorkshire
This is a fully remote role, to service clients locally in Yorkshire.
Salary dependent on experience.
Excellent firm with strong North East reputation and growing national reputation.
