Remote Serious Injury Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working with a leading North East law firm, who are recruiting for a Remote Serious Injury Solicitor to join their claimant personal injury team. The role would suit a Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE or Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience dealing with claimant brain and spinal injury work.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of claimant serious injury (neurotrauma) cases both litigated and pre-litigated.
• Assessing liability, quantum investigations and reviewing case evidence.
• Liaising with medical experts, clients and third parties.
• Negotiating settlement.
• Preparing cases for trial.
• Drafting legal documentation.
• Attending to clients in person.
• Dealing with court hearings and applications.

Requirements:

• Essential: A serious injury Solicitor with upwards of 2 years' experience handling brain and spinal cord injury cases.
• Essential: Based in Yorkshire

This is a fully remote role, to service clients locally in Yorkshire.

Salary dependent on experience.

Excellent firm with strong North East reputation and growing national reputation.
