Renewables Advisory

Duties & Responsibilities:

As an Advisor in the renewables sector, you will be responsible for driving and executing transactions across a broad range of renewable energy sub-sectors, including solar, wind, hydro, bioenergy, and geothermal. Your role will involve identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and providing strategic advisory services to clients.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong sector knowledge (Renewable Energy Sector)
• Strong corporate ethic and understanding of compliance / regulatory requirements.
• Ideally looking for someone with knowledge of Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and M&A.
• Strong numerical and financial skills and appetite for numbers essential and previous financial modelling experience preferable as part of a sector coverage team.
