Are you skilled in building trades and passionate about providing high-quality service? We're seeking a Repair and Maintenance Technician to maintain our resident and void properties in Epsom to join us on a Permanent basis.

Role Summary:

As a Repair and Maintenance Technician, you'll complete various repair and maintenance tasks, working in residents' homes and client properties. This role requires physical endurance, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and lifting heavy objects. You must have a high degree of professionalism and integrity, as you'll represent our organization in the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform specified works as an individual craft professional and team member.
  • Undertake inspections as directed.
  • Participate in a Night Call Out rota with additional allowance.
  • Assist in emergency call outs as needed.
  • Maintain company vehicle and ensure safe storage of materials.
  • Complete work orders via PDA and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and use protective gear properly.

About You: What you need in order to apply.

  • City and Guilds or NVQ qualification
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Demonstrable experience in the building trades
  • Knowledge of health and safety and customer service
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Full and current UK Driver's Licence
