Position Overview:

On behalf of our client, Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Repair Technician. The successful candidate will be adept at diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones and laptops. This position demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and fix hardware and software issues in mobile phones and laptops.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and perform upgrades on various electronic devices.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining repair processes and providing device care advice.
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
  • Stay informed about the latest repair techniques and industry developments.
  • Ensure all repairs adhere to quality standards and are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a repair technician for mobile phones and laptops.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic components and circuitry.
  • Skilled in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
