Repair Works Coordinator
AVK-SEG UK Ltd is seeking a motivated and organized Repair Works Coordinator to join our team. As a leading provider of critical power systems, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repair works, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.
The Repair Works Co-Ordinator has responsibility for managing customers through their Service experience here at AVK. Key functions of the role include the planning and scheduling of generator repair works, reviewing service reports, responding to customer requests and organising associated parts and paperwork for works to be completed.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of repair processes and technical terminology is preferred
